Our award winning small batch distilled Dry Gin is lovingly handcrafted with 11 locally and internationally sourced botanicals offering notes of deliciously distinct, yet fresh citrus aromas of Adelaide Hills Lemon Myrtle, Native Pepper berries and Grapefruit peel.
A rich juniper driven Gin softened with a delicate menthol essence and floral layers of lavender and chamomile. Quite Frankly a Sunday afternoon experience not to be missed.
COASTAL MYRTLE MARTINI
A crisp, clean martini highlighting the
gin’s dry and botanical notes.
Ingredients:
75ml Frankly Dry Myrtle Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add Frankly Dry Myrtle Gin and dry vermouth.
Shake briskly for 30-45 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink and drop it in, or garnish with olives.
