Returns

If in the instance you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt for a refund to KB Distilling, PO Box 107 Dry Creek SA 5032. Please ensure you provide us details of your order number so we can execute the refund upon approval.

Please ensure you have your tracking number recorded in case of any unforeseen missing returns.

Once the return is received and inspected that it has been unopened and untampered with, we will refund you the amount of the product, minus the shipping costs. If for some reason we are unable to provide your refund, we will contact you immediately upon receipt.

Refunds will be made back into your original payment method within 48hours.

It is at the customer’s cost to pay for the freight to return the goods and must be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Australia Post Box. Please ensure you pack the return item safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
