The Almond blossom inspired Gin from the family Block, this is harvested at the peak of its blossom cycle attracting and pollinating over a 5 day period once a year. The aroma and hive of activity is hard to miss on the family property and requires some delicate and careful harvesting to collect the for distilling.
The result is a pure extract of the scents as strong as they are beautiful as they are evolutional for almond production and the sustainability of bee hives that are acquired from the Adelaide hills over the few days. The outcome is a gin that is unique and delightful with soft flavours to be enjoyed with a soda or light tonic with family and friends.
