Frankly Gin Marmalade
After every distill, we’re left with an abundance of fresh citrus - bright oranges, zesty lemons and juicy limes from our production process. Too good to waste, we decided to give it all a second life.

The result? Frankly Marmalade - rich, tangy, small-batch preserves handcrafted from leftover citrus that still packs a punch. Slow-cooked with just the right amount of sweetness, they are the perfect addition to toast, cheese boards, glazes, or a spoon straight from the jar (we won’t judge).

More than just a condiment, it’s a way to reduce waste, celebrate flavour, and do more with less.
